Ridgetop Wins a Training Excellence Award from GAF

We are proud to announce that we recently won an award from GAF, one of the roofing industry's leading manufacturers, for excellence in training.

Ridgetop is one of GAF's Master Elite contractors and has been for the last several years. This year's award from GAF for training excellence, validates our internal efforts in training our staff which in turn lead to better educated customers and smoothly flowing projects that are on time and on budget.

Staff training is one of those things that is easy to cut when times are hard. Yet it is that very same product knowledge training that gives our sales staff a better understanding of the products we sell. This leads to the right product used in the correct manner on the correct project. Which leads to a happy customer.

Which is what we work very hard to achieve.

Ridgetop does work year-round. Mother Nature freezes and thaws, makes ice dams, and in general creates wear and tear on your house. When something happens and a fix is needed or wanted, we can help, even during the cold season!

A roof project for East Koshkonong Lutheran Church

Every once in a while a large roof project comes along. Sometimes it is a church. Sometimes it is an old church with some history attached to it. This is the case with East Koshkonong Lutheran Church. They needed a new roof on their historical and beautiful old church. We put that new roof on for them and very much appreciate the history and stories that a building like this has to tell.
Thank you to Pastor Clint Schnekloth for letting us use the historical image, which dates from the late 1800s. Thanks to Julie Kriedeman, the church office manager, who has the interest in scanning the old original pictures and preserving a bit of Wisconsin rural history.

We did a siding project this summer in Sun Prairie that we think turned out quite nicely. More importantly, the homeowners are delighted as well. We work very hard to make sure that we deliver what our customers are expecting. A smiling couple in the driveway, with their newly resided house in the background, is what we like to see.

Over the weekend of July 11-12, the Madison area experienced scattered and on occasion intense hailstorms. Some homeowners experienced damage to their homes as a result of the damage.
