Ridgetop is one of GAF's Master Elite contractors and has been for the last several years. This year's award from GAF for training excellence, validates our internal efforts in training our staff which in turn lead to better educated customers and smoothly flowing projects that are on time and on budget.
Staff training is one of those things that is easy to cut when times are hard. Yet it is that very same product knowledge training that gives our sales staff a better understanding of the products we sell.
